The midway was a big draw for everyone and at the center of it all was wonderfully warm fresh-cut french fries.
To elevate these humble potatoes to the level that they deserve queenship was bestowed upon them and thus, the Queen of Spuds was born. Combining royal purples and spudding yellows we created an eye-catching spectacle worthy of the name spud. So pass the malt vinegar and dig in.
